POP UP PICNIC PACKAGES

Looking for a fun and affordable way to have the ultimate stylish celebration with family and friends? Look no further than our pop up picnic packages! We deliver + set up our packages in Geelong and surrounding suburbs. We can set up for any event – baby showers, hens parties, Christmas parties, intimate proposals, birthdays, bridal showers, kids parties, business launch parties and so much more.

Whats included?

Our signature picnic table(s), rugs, cushions (styled to your events colour scheme), ottomans, table decor (such as glass vases, dried or artificial florals + foliage) + if you choose to go with our table settings package – plates, gold cutlery and linen napkins. For a small additional fee per person glassware is also provided. If you choose our top package – The Whole Shebang, fresh florals, glassware and other additions are also included, on top of all of the above.

We have a range of items available for hire which are suited to our picnics such as vintage peacock chairs, bar cart, vintage umbrellas, Moroccan tent, backdrops, easel + signage and a varied range of other props you can find on our website.

We can also help you arrange additional elements from local suppliers such as a grazing board or catering, balloons, florals or anything your heart desires.

If you would prefer to set up & style the picnic yourself or are working to a budget for your event – don’t forget to ask about our DIY picnic packages! With our DIY packages you take the reigns – they include all of the below inclusions but for a discounted package price. Our DIY packages are picked up & dropped back to our HQ (or we can organise delivery for a fee).

Simple and StunningPop Up Picnic Package

Looking to hire a feature piece for your events but don’t want to break the budget? Check out our budget friendly Pop Up Picnic option. If you don’t need the table settings and would prefer the table space as a blank canvas to DIY, this is the perfect package for you. We even include a simple range of table décor to style up the table (vases, candle holders, artificial foliage and dried or artificial flowers), if you are in need of something to dress up the table.

  • Cushions to match your colour scheme
  • Ottoman/pouffes
  • Decor – table runner, dried or faux florals or artificial greenery and candles

Boho LuxePop Up Picnic Package

Having a catered or self catered event but would like a complete table set up, so all you have to do is provide the food and drinks? Our Boho Luxe picnic package is for you. Our Boho Luxe package includes:

  • Tables
  • Rugs
  • Cushions to match your colour scheme
  • Ottoman/pouffes
  • Plates
  • Cutlery
  • Napkins
  • Decor – table runner, candles and dried flower arrangements or vases with faux florals or artificial greenery
  • glassware is not included in this package, but can be included at $2.50 per head (wine glass)

The Whole ShebangPop Up Picnic Package

Want to impress your guests with a completely styled set up, without you even lifting a finger? let us take care of it all!

Our ‘Whole Shebang’ Deluxe Picnic Packages are inclusive of:

  • Tables
  • Rugs
  • Cushions to match your colour scheme
  • Ottoman/pouffes
  • Plates
  • Glassware (wine glass/goblet)
  • Cutlery
  • Napkins
  • Fresh florals in vases, in accordance with your colour scheme
  • Fabric table runner + décor (candle holders + candles)
  • Champagne ice bucket (champagne/ice not included)

As it’s named – the whole shebang! All you have to worry about is organising the food and drinks – then pulling up a cushion, sit back and eat and drink till your hearts content.

Picnic for Two Package

Our picnic for two package includes everything you need to spoil a friend, family member or the one you love. Our package also comes in a DIY version at a more affordable price if you would like to set up the package yourself.

Please note:

  • We don’t provide catering/grazing platters, however we can provide details of local suppliers who can assist in arranging catering for your event.
  • Any necessary permits are to be obtained by the hirer/customer, along with any venue fees of the chosen location.
  • Peacock chair/s
  • Champagne bowl/bucket and ice (or with rose ice blocks)
  • Easels
  • ‘Bride to be,’ ‘Twenty One,’ or ‘Thirty’ acrylic signage or Neon Signage
